  • Booking is simple! Just head to the specific experience page you’re interested in and fill out the Application Form . Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you’ll receive an email with further instructions to confirm your spot.

  • We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, and Pix (for Brazilian participants). Payment instructions will be sent once your spot is confirmed.

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy allows for a refund if canceled at least 30 days before the experience starts. Refunds may not be available after that due to the limited spots on each trip. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions .
