Happy new year everybody!
This is my first post at 2012. And my last week since I’ve arrived at Rio de Janeiro was great! After a really nice Christmas with my family I had a whole week of shooting!
First I had this whole day photo shooting for a brand (Animale), 40 looks!!! The photos are for a street style blog of Animale (A PRODUÇÃO). It was challenging, because at the same place I had to shoot and create different ways to lighting the subject as well change de composition and the background to look like different places at different days with the same model. But it was fun, the whole crew was great! As stylists Nath Nogueira (as model too) and Deoclecio Quintela. Stylist assistant was Martha Pinel and the photo assistant was Chico Vardiero. As usual, I can’t post the final pictures yet. But you can see the first one at A PRODUÇÃO.

Smile!!!! Happy holidays!!

I’m setting everything to go to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Also finishing some jobs and editing some photos.
I’m eager to spend Christmas with my family, and to give all the courses in january. As well I have a lot of shootings on schedule. So it’s gonna be amazing working and see my family and friends. I wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year!

This picture was taken at Plaza del Sol, Madrid, with an iPhone and edit with Camera+ app. And also is my Xmas card for my clients and friends.

BTS – Fashion Shoot at El Escorial, Madrid

It’s sunday night and I definitely have to post about my last sunday fashion photo shooting with our model Alejandro Andreu (Noviembre Cool - thanks to Rosana). And as I expected an amazing team! Misaki again taking care of the make up and hair, Joao Paulo even better at the behind the scenes images. And Manuel Espinosa, from Mexico, as our incredible stylist, the outfits were amazing! And Beatriz Santamaria helping as photo assistant and also doing some behind the scenes shots. The location was at the Parque de La Herreria at San Lorenzo de El Escorial here in Madrid. An amazing place with a beautiful sunset, but it was really cold. All the crew suffered with the low temperature! Poor Alejandro cause all the clothes were for summer collections, he suffered the most. My hands were freezing so we did the photos as fast as we could, using natural light and one speedlight. Check out our behind the scenes pictures (BTS). The video I’m gonna start to edit now, so maybe tomorrow is gonna be on the blog.

Oh, and sorry not to post more frequently but I’m very busy working hard. I still can’t post here the final photos of Karolina’s fashion shoot cause some magazines want to publish and some of them wants exclusivity. Well we still have to wait then. Meanwhile I was planning the courses I’m gonna give in january at Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and appointing and negotiating all my photo shootings there. Also I started to packing all the equipment and stuff. So I think you can imagine how busy I am.

Hi everyone! Yesterday I did my first Fashion Shooting here at Madrid. And everything went amazing, the team was awesome. Our model from Lituania, Karolina Zaleskitė (Models Division – thanks to Maria Garcia) was perfect. Misaki Ishihara from Japan, our talented make up and hair designer, was incredible. And Dani Oceans our amazing stylist did so great!! Thanks to Joao Paulo who make our behind the scenes (BTS) videos and pictures. So enjoy some BTS pictures from our crew! Sorry to not post anything last week, but I was really busy. A lot of work, proposals and setting everything for these week fashion shootings. Well, but here they are a couple of photos that I did sunday while I was chilling out with my friend Joao Paulo, who also took some good pictures. I hope you like it!

Photos for a Chiropractic Clinic

A month ago I took some photos for Daryn Wiese, an american chiropractor who just opened a clinic here at Madrid. The pictures were published at the AEQ (Asociación Española de Quiropráctica) newsletter and Daryn was going to use for his own publicity. Everything went great, take a look of some of the pictures.

A month ago I was at New York to buy some photo equipment and do some model shooting (my next post). NY is always very interesting to shoot, but this time instead of take pictures of the main landmarks and city symbols I took some pictures of regular people on the streets.
